Apartment very nice. Close to hospital and to main Street where a lot of shops, cafés, etc. Master bedroom has very comfortable king size bed. Light Apartment.

Apartment was very good and spacious. Only 1 minor issue there was only 2 AC in the apartment.

Great place to stay

The flat is spacious, clean, safe, quiet and conveniently located. It looks just like the photos. It is only a few minutes walk to the hospital, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is on the top floor and the building has an elevator. The view from the top floor, especially at night, is wonderful. Highly recommend!

The apartment was exceptional, fully furnished, and equipped with internet and entertainment facilities. It is conveniently located near several shopping areas, with numerous restaurants within a short walking distance. The proximity to public transportation is a major advantage, with a bus stop across the road and a train station just a 10-minute walk away, making commutes shorter and easier. Taxis are also affordable via the Bitaksi app. For food delivery, the Getir app is user-friendly and available in English. The apartment is situated a mere 12-minute walk from the ship rider, providing easy access to the other side of Istanbul. Moreover, the proximity to our primary destination, IVFturkey, was ideal. The staff, including Jemal, Dr. Karacan, Tanya, Berat, Derya, provided exceptional hospitality. We look forward to returning soon and highly recommend this apartment and hospital to anyone seeking IVF treatment in Istanbul.

This is the place to be for being close to great restaurants and all commute options are closeby. We were recieved by the team of Mr berat and he is a very understanding and genuine guy. I had some issues with my flight and had delayed baggage but berat went above and beyond to help me with all of that and got my baggage delivered at our flat! We had got our apartment on 5th floor with amazing balcony views. It has all necessary things one needs to live and modern aswel! Me and my wife loved our stay here and will be coming back for more vacations soon! Thankyou berat for excellent service!

Hello, the appartement was good. M berat is very reactive and very professionnal. I recommand to add night lights, lampshade, applications like netflix, and a coffee machine.

The flat was very clean and had all the facilities. Being right opposite the hospital made it easy to attend all the appointments.

The place was great! right next to the hospital. The host was friendly and came when we needed him to. It’s a perfect location and will highly recommend for a long or short stay.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, perfectly located for visiting IVF Turkey (right across the street) and within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and transportation. Communication was excellent – any questions were always answered quickly. My only complaint was that the elevator never worked in the entire time we stayed (almost 1 month); it is not a problem on a daily basis but I would have packed a lot lighter if I knew I would have to haul luggage up/down multiple flights of stairs! Regardless, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

LOCATION SHOPPING AND HOSPITAL

Firstly the flat is the most convenient location from the hospital, a few mins walk away if that. It is also situated in the heart of a busy area, you have supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a market, pharmacies all only a few minutes walk away. If you dont mind a longer walk there is a busy city centre (up a very steep hill) with all your usual High Street Stores, and a big shopping centre, again with all the international high street stores.

PRICE

I think the price was average, we did see more expensive and cheaper apartments in the area but it was easier to go for one linked to the hospital.

ACCESSABILITY

The flat has one step into the building and 2 steps up to the door, other than that is is on the ground floor and all flat. This was a god send as many of the apartments in the area did not have lifts

AMENITIES and CONDITION

The flat had most things we needed and would expect in an apartment like this. Washer and Dryer, etc. We had to ask for towels which were provided promptly. It would be usual to have clothes hangers and simple condiments provided, extra pillows, toilet roll and blanket (this is just going by what we have had in similar apartments we have stayed in in other places).

The tv allows you to sign into your Netflix account which was a god send! this was very much appreciated.

The living room feels semi modern with new sofas and table and chairs and older sideboards. The kitchen is a bit more worn, but has a gas hob, new fridge freezer and microwave. The bed was comfy with a spacious bedroom, and small back patio area for sunny days. We would have loved some more pillows also. The whole floor is tiled throughout.

All the controls were easy to understand, so it started to feel like our temporary home really quick.

LOCATION TOURIST SPOTS

It is located only about 20-30 mins away from many of the tourist attractions (various orange mosques, bazaars and areas of the city), which is only about £4-6 if you get an driver that is willing to accept the price on your Uber app, they will all say they have to charge more because of traffic and if you are willing to accept, wait for one that accepts the price quoted. They is a tram station nearby also, and buses along the street, but we did not take any public transport.

ACCESS TO KEYS

The owner send someone to meet us during the early hours with keys to the property. It was a little nerve wracking carrying the keys out everyday, we are used to using key boxes which means you can never lose the keys.

HOST

The host was very helpful and courteous at all times. He was ver responsive to any queries we had. We would be happy to stay here again.
